1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 399 apps platform and all services under it. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any condition, you are requested to refrain from using the service.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 399 apps website, mobile application and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created by registering on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of deposited funds and legitimately earned money held in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or benefits provided by 399 apps.

1.2 Applicability

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with 399 apps. Creating an account or using the service without meeting these requirements is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• Your own mobile number and email address must be used during registration.

2.2 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their login details, password and OTP confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. 3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

399 apps takes a firm stance against underage gambling. All members must be 21 years of age or older, and the platform may request documents for identity verification at any time.

3.1 KYC Process

As part of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• Photo of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Required verification information related to the payment method

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts are processed on a priority basis.
• Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the option to cancel it is limited.

4.3 Cryptocurrency and Other Methods

399 apps does not currently support any cryptocurrency transactions. Attempts to transact through any method other than those listed above will not be processed, and recovery of funds may become uncertain.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

399 apps offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own conditions and compliance with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never converted directly into cash; it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements are completed.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless stated otherwise.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; restrictions may apply to specific games or sections.
• If a bonus is used fraudulently, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekend reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, birthday rewards and other offers are subject to the specific conditions stated in each offer. The general bonus terms also apply to these offers.

6 Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the 399 apps platform are conducted in accordance with specific rules. The following points are important to keep in mind while playing.

6.1 Betting Policy

• Once a bet is placed on a game or event, it is considered final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• If the outcome of a game is affected by a software error or disconnection, the matter will be reviewed before a decision is made.
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages through multiple accounts or improper tactics will result in account cancellation.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, badminton and other sports, the official result of the competition is considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant governing rules.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

7 VIP Program

The 399 apps VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from a minimum of 0.2% (Bronze) to a maximum of 1.0% (Diamond).

7.1 VIP Tier Advancement

VIP tiers change based on the user's activity, consistency of deposits and active participation on the platform. While no specific turnover thresholds are defined, regular and active members advance to higher tiers more quickly.

7.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

399 apps reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violating any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions.
• Failing to submit KYC documents.

8.2 Self-Requested Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must inform the support team via live chat or email. Any withdrawable funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Technical Issues & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Process

• An initial response will be provided within 48 working hours of a complaint being submitted.
• Complex matters may take additional time to resolve, but the member will be kept informed of progress.
• 399 apps reserves the right to correct any balance or winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

11.2 Software Errors

Winnings obtained due to a software error or malfunction in any game will not be considered valid. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Their Effect

399 apps reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.

12.1 Effect

Continued use of the service after updated terms and conditions are published will be taken to mean that the new terms have been accepted. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to stop using the service and request account closure.

12.2 Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that is as close as possible in meaning.

12.3 Applicable Law

The applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions. Any dispute or disagreement will be resolved through discussion.
